What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
The item must have been purchased from our official online store
The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

How do I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours from the time of purchase, unless an incorrect item was ordered.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 72 hours of placing the order. After this time, production may begin and payments cannot be reversed.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
